Our Story
12 YEARS OF GETTING
IT DONE RIGHT.
R&D Plastering was founded by Dre Carda and Ray Harahsheh — two Perth tradies who got tired of watching the industry settle for "good enough." After 12 years working across some of Perth's biggest commercial projects, we decided to build a plastering company that actually delivers what it promises.
Our focus is commercial — office fitouts, retail spaces, multi-storey developments, and large-scale builds. That's where we thrive. But we also take on residential work because we believe every homeowner deserves the same standard that goes into a million-dollar commercial project.
We don't do excuses. We don't do "we'll come back next week." We show up, we get it done, and we move on to the next job. That's the R&D way.
